Winterization Programs

1. Drain oil drom drive, flush, and refill with premium Mercury 90w gear oil.
2. Grease prop and all fittings.
3. Remove water from motor and manifolds.
4. Fill motor and manifolds with -50 Freezeban antifreeze and run motor to operating temperature.
5. Drain oil from motor.
6. Remove oil filter and fuel/water filter.
7. Replace oil with 25w40 Mercury premium oil.
8. Replace all filters.
9. Fog motor and spray with silicon.
10. Clean flame arrestor.
11. Check all fluid levels.
12. Add fuel stabilizer to gas tank.
13. Free spring start up and safety.

1. Drain oil from drive, and refill with premium Mercury 90w gear oil.
2. Pressure test and grease prop. and fittings.
3. Remove water from motor and manifolds.
4. Flush motor then refill with -50 Freezeban and antifreeze and run motor to operating temperature.
5. Add anitcorrosive chemical and water pump lubricant to antifreeze.
6. Drain oil from motor.
7. Remove oil filter and fuel/water filter.
8. Replace oil with 25w40 Mercury premium oil.
9. Replace all filters.
10. Fog motor.
11. Clean flame arrestor.
12. Spray motor and all electrical with silicone spray.
13. Check all belts, hoses, and connections for leaks.
14. Check all fluid levels (if dirty, drain and refill)
15. Add fuel stabilizer to gas tank.
16. Check bilge pump and blower motor fan.
17. Check all running lights and dash lights.
18. Free spring start up and safety check.

5. Fog motor and spray with silicone
6. Check all fluid levels

1. Check wheel bearings and grease if needed.
2. Check tire pressure and add air if needed.
3. Check trailer tail lamps and hitch assembly. 
4. Grease hitch and trailer jack.
5. Check all rollers and bunks for damage or cracks.
